ALIFDO'S INAUGURAL
CONFERENCE
9-10 July 2020
ALIFDO, the organisation established by lawyers working in intergovernmental institutions committed to finance or development, is planning its inaugural conference.
The conference will be a fantastic opportunity to network, make friends, share ideas, and get up-to-speed on important topics for in-house lawyers working in the unique environment of intergovernmental organisations.
It is also a great opportunity to set up any side meetings you may want to have with lawyers from any of the 20 IFIs where ALIFDO has members.

The conference is open to all individual ALIFDO members and to all lawyers working for organisations where ALIFDO has individual members (“ALIFDO Member Organisations”). Click here for a list of organisations from where we have members.
Registration for Non-Members
Lawyers working in eligible organisations that are not yet ALIFDO Member Organisations (see above) are also invited to join the conference. Eligible organisations are intergovernmental organisations focussed on finance or development.

1. The conference is free of charge, with payment only required for the optional dinner on Thursday, 9 July 2020. To enable us plan for the dinner, such payment is non-refundable.
2. In light of current uncertainties surrounding the coronavirus, including health and safety measures which may be imposed by the organisations and law firms hosting the conference, we encourage all attendees to purchase travel and event cancellation insurance. Neither ALIFDO nor the organisations and law firms hosting the conference shall have any liability for costs incurred by any person that has registered for the conference resulting from any changes in dates or cancellation of the event.
