This practice group provides a forum for members working, or interested, in compliance and the work of oversight bodies, such as administrative tribunals, sanctions boards, and project complaint mechanisms. The scope of the practice group includes any topics of interest to such members, including investigations, compliance policies and ethics, integrity due diligence, anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC) and other anti-corruption and counter-terrorist financing measures, sanctions and tax integrity.
