This practice group focuses on institutional and internal matters at intergovernmental finance or development institutions, and the many ways our organizations are different from entities governed by domestic law (such as privileges and immunities, internal governance, and the application of public international, just to name a few). The group is also open to members working, or interested in, employment law as it is practiced in our organizations.
