The investment funds practice group focuses on any issues of interest to members working, or interested in, any form of collective investment vehicles, whether partnership, company or trust based. The practice group may focus on issues such as establishment and dissolution of funds, and the special requirements that intergovernmental finance or development organizations bring to the table in the structuring and operation of collective investment vehicles.
