ALIFDO Photo Competition
“Street Life” – Deadline March 1, 2020

ALIFDO is pleased to launch the ALIFDO Photo Page and Competition, which we hope will become a regular feature of The ALIFDO Gazette going forward! As we spend most of our working days viewing the world through our legal lens, we thought it would be nice – for those who are inclined – to take a creative moment and share with the rest of the group their world through their visual lens.
The theme for this inaugural competition is “Street Life”. We welcome any theme suggestions for future editions; some ideas put forward include: forces of nature, legal portraits, challenging projects, rooms with a view.
Each entry can be one or more photos (i.e. in photo essay style) and can be either in colour or black-and- white. But each entry (for the benefit of the viewer) must be accompanied by a caption/narrative explaining or elaborating the entry (e.g., why you thought of taking this particular photo). The winner(s) will be selected by the ALIFDO editorial team and published in the next edition of The ALIFDO Gazette. All entries must be submitted in JPEG digital format and no larger than 4MB.
All entries for the “Street Life” Photo Competition must be sent to Lilia Bylos at [email protected] before the deadline of March 1, 2020.
Below is a photo-series matching the inaugural theme of “Street Life”. The photos were taken by Lilia Bylos in Thessaloniki from the same spot on different occasions in the month of November 2018.
Good luck and happy photo-shooting!
